Lessons are BOOKED to capacity through the end of the season!


However, we have our Echo Mountain Ambassadors in the beginner area and on the mountain throughout the day to offer coaching, tips, and suggestions to help you progress on your own or with your friends and family.

The Ambassadors enable you to progress at your own pace and only offer advice when you need to know where to start or how to make that next turn!

Our Ambassador program is unique to Echo and was created as an added bonus included in your Day or Night Pass to the mountain.

There are a variety of options to consider when booking your lesson. For example:
- Is the lesson for a Child or an Adult?
- Are you Skiing or Snowboarding?
- Would you like a Group or a Private Lesson?
Our Child Lessons are for ages 6-15 and our Adult Lessons are for ages 16+. If you are looking for lessons ages 5 and under, we may be able to accommodate your request through a Private Lesson and advance notice. If you have a special request, please email info@echomountainresort.com.
During the lesson, you will need access to the mountain. If you do not have a Season Pass with us, you will need to purchase a Day Pass

You will also need proper skiing or snowboarding equipment for the lesson. If you do not have your own, you will need to purchase a Rental Package.

These can both be purchased for a discounted rate online only during the check out process under the "Add-On Summary." If they are not purchased during the booking process, there will be an additional charge for purchasing Day Passes or Rentals in-person at Echo.
Lessons must be booked in advance to guarantee your spot and ensure we have an instructor available. There is a 48 hour booking lead time for all Group Lessons and 72 hour booking lead time for all Private Lessons. In order to reserve your spot, you must complete the check out process and pay in full. 
All customers must arrive to the Echo front desk 1 hour prior to the start of your lesson. This allows us time to get you checked in to get your Lift Ticket and Rental Equipment in order to start the lesson on time.
If your lesson is more than 48 hours away, you may cancel your lesson in the Utivity platform and rebook for another time or day.

If you are within the booking lead time window and want to reschedule for a later date, the following fees apply:
- Rescheduling requests with more than 72 hours notice will be charged a $10 fee. 
- Rescheduling requests with 48 - 72 hours notice will be charged a $20 fee. 
- Rescheduling requests with 24 - 48 hours notice will be charged a $50 fee.
- Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled.

*Each fee is per person and will be charged upon arrival prior to the beginning of your lesson.
Cancellations will be refunded according to the following policy:

- Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice will receive 100% of the booking fee.
- Cancellations with 48 - 72 hours notice will receive 75% of the booking fee.
- Cancellations with 24 - 48 hours notice will receive 50% of the booking fee.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
